“Every time I have been in the Holland & Barrett in Farnham the customer service has been amazing, the staff are always so approachable and friendly. I went in the store this morning (30th October 2024) and the two ladies working were both so helpful and went above and beyond to help every customer that walked in, even when I overheard a difficult interaction with a very rude customer, the staff member responded calmly and professionally. I hope the staff get the credit they deserve as it really does make the whole shopping experience. Thanks”
