I dropped my daughter?s bike off on the Monday and returned on the Saturday to collect it, a puncture, new chain and brake cable only. I was told that the bike had not been done yet, I was disappointed and the guy serving me could not apologise enough. He asked me to wait about 30 minutes and he would get it all done there and. Then in front of me.
Well done Lewis, when nobody could be bothered to do it he single-handedly took on the task to do the job whilst still serving others in the store.
Lewis is a credit to Halfords Farnham and true step above. When others had clearly let me down he rose up and did the work that nobody else could do, not all hero?s wear capes. Thank you Lewis, you made my daughters weekend and restored my faith in human kindness.

Excellent Service , Harry fitted a Nearside Position Bulb and a Nearside Headlamp Bulb in double quick Time with no hassles . Discussed options and timings and recommendations in a very Professional and Precise manner , Thank you very much Harry . Highly Recommended . A Young man obviously on his way up.

Collected a children's bike from here recently (together with my child) and the guy at the till didn't say a word in greeting but just gave us a vague chin nod. Brought the bike over and walked away - no explanation, no checking it was ok, no asking us if we had any questions, no asking us if we wanted any accessories etc. Utterly devoid of anything beyond the absolute bare minimum of service and human interaction.
