“First used Vision Express in Farnham after a disastrous trip to a cheaper but more famous high street optician (turns out you shouldn’t have gone there, despite what the advert suggests!) Received very professional service and the optician very kindly explained why the glasses that had been prescribed elsewhere were so problematic, so happily bought new glasses here which were fantastic.A year later after a slight change in my prescription I had them reglazed and bought a second pair for spare. After a slight hiccup with the reglazing, Matthew very kindly went above and beyond to sort them out for me quickly and without fuss. I’m very grateful and will be back again next year, thank you to Matthew and the whole team.”

“I visited the store 4 May for a pre booked appointment only to be told by a young lady at the desk that there had been an emergency and they were running about 30 minutes late. She was very calm and polite unlike grumpy old me and I waited and reviewed some frames. Within about 15 to 20 minutes a gentleman carried out the initial 10 minute tests. Again very calm friendly professional and polite. Sat down again and within 5 minutes I was greeted by the Optician. Smiling, polite, friendly, professional and very thoroughwho took the time to discuss all my issues and so I left abeit late with a new prescription. 10/10 to the team, well done to all the staff under difficult circumstances very satisfied customer and I never rec. eived a parking ticket.”
