Over to the Dark Side yesterday after many years with Vodafone.Isaac and his manager were professional and worked hard to help me ,but at end of the day(literally)I still don't have a phone that works at all in my home! ...and a message tells me i have no credit either when I've only just set this up with a £20 payg sim!.. very very frustrating?

Amazing store the staff is just down to earth there's a guy in store called Lee he is a hard working lad who is a hidden gem he definitely works for you when you come in to store he knows his job in and out amazing employee . my partner stayed with ee due to this employee and my self am now a happy new customer to ee due to this guy he solves all the problems you may have in a calm cool professional manner "Lee me and my partner are overwhelmed with your hard work that you put in thank you" (a recommendation is definitely a must for this employee 5 stars) from me and Paris

I wanted to terminate "pay as you go" contract for my EE Wi-fi mini as I don't need it anymore. When I came to the store they said they could not help me and that I had to contact customer service to solve this problem. It is quite difficult to contact them as they are quite busy and you might find yourself queuing for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on time of the day. When I got in touch with customer service they were very kind and efficient and I had no problem terminating this contract. They also indicated that there was no reason why I shouldn't have been able to do so in the store, especially because it is more than possible to sing a new contract there. I was not impressed by this and I don't think I'll be visiting this store any time soon.

I was very impressed by the knowledge and patience from Robert who assisted me with the set up of my new Samsung. His knowledge of Samsung technology answered several questions focusing on storage and the cloud. If you go into EE I recommend Robert who is committed to customer service and his own personal development and tech knowledge.Thank you Robert for being patient and understanding .VLH - Farnham

Excellent store all the staff are friendly professional and efficient. Visited to help move my mum from PAYG to Monthly, everyone couldn't have been more helpful to get that process sorted. Well recommended.

Went in to upgrade my mobile, was served by Sam, excellent service, a really nice guy who also managed to save us money! Jamie was very helpful too. Would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

I went into EE on the off chance of sorting out my daughter's phone, I was first greeted by Robbie, a great guy, knowledgeable and very friendly but professional. Then there is Heather, what a manageress, absolutely brilliant, again friendly but really professional, they both helped me find the right package and plan for my daughter, I got the phone sorted. I also needed help with my own phone, they got that sorted too, in fact I left with four new phones, wife and two daughters and my own, If you need a phone,go visit EE Farnham, speak with Robbie or Heather they will be able to help you, 10/10 , Thank you, so very much.?

I can not rate Robbie highly enough! I had a really hard time trying to swap to my new android upgrade. With numerous very technical problems. He was like a dog with a bone! Systematically solving then having to "re-solve" "re-do" and "re-try"EE - YOU HAVE A FANTASTIC NEW MEMBER OF STAFF. Who seems to live and breathe problematic issues.... can't thank him enough.

Sent my phone off for a £280 screen repair and it came back with a (admittedly small) scratch.The staff in store promised to resolve it but a month down the line they have stopped returning my calls and there has been no progress.
