The staff in the Farnham EE store couldn?t be nicer or more helpful. Even when things don?t go as expected, they jump in and solve the problems. I probably shouldn?t name them publicly, for privacy reasons, but F, L and R you were absolutely brilliant. I?m a very satisfied customer.

I have visited the EE in Farnham twice for various issues and inquiries about my phone plan. I have found that each time all of the staff were extremely helpful and kind in helping me out and also helping me get a good deal when I was unable to find one online or over the phone. They definitely go the extra mile which is extremely useful to someone who isn?t too tech savvy and struggles to weigh up the many different phone plans EE offer. Even helping me figure out how to recycle old tech. Would recommend!!

I always have had good experiences with this shop in Farnham there services is fairly prompt and satisfactory. Most of the time they are trying to do their best to avoid any bureaucracy within EE so they can accommodate us. Recently I traveled abroad and instead of calling 150 as I get confuse often with the options so I called the shop in Farnham as I did not have internet, this guy called Robby was fantastic very good fixed the issue for my wife and I very quickly, Pretty good service.

Over to the Dark Side yesterday after many years with Vodafone.Isaac and his manager were professional and worked hard to help me ,but at end of the day(literally)I still don't have a phone that works at all in my home! ...and a message tells me i have no credit either when I've only just set this up with a £20 payg sim!.. very very frustrating?

Amazing store the staff is just down to earth there's a guy in store called Lee he is a hard working lad who is a hidden gem he definitely works for you when you come in to store he knows his job in and out amazing employee . my partner stayed with ee due to this employee and my self am now a happy new customer to ee due to this guy he solves all the problems you may have in a calm cool professional manner "Lee me and my partner are overwhelmed with your hard work that you put in thank you" (a recommendation is definitely a must for this employee 5 stars) from me and Paris

I wanted to terminate "pay as you go" contract for my EE Wi-fi mini as I don't need it anymore. When I came to the store they said they could not help me and that I had to contact customer service to solve this problem. It is quite difficult to contact them as they are quite busy and you might find yourself queuing for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on time of the day. When I got in touch with customer service they were very kind and efficient and I had no problem terminating this contract. They also indicated that there was no reason why I shouldn't have been able to do so in the store, especially because it is more than possible to sing a new contract there. I was not impressed by this and I don't think I'll be visiting this store any time soon.

I was very impressed by the knowledge and patience from Robert who assisted me with the set up of my new Samsung. His knowledge of Samsung technology answered several questions focusing on storage and the cloud. If you go into EE I recommend Robert who is committed to customer service and his own personal development and tech knowledge.Thank you Robert for being patient and understanding .VLH - Farnham
