Was popping through Farnham and a young lad named Ryan served me my delicious flat white. customer service was great and efficient too, he even tempted me into getting a millionaire shortbread which went down a treat. Would highly recommend ?

My recent visit to Coata left much to be desired. Despite spending £8 on two coffees, I was disappointed to find that there were no napkins readily available, except for those next to the till. Adding to the disappointment was the unprofessional behavior of Engel, who served me. After I retrieved a napkin myself, he reprimanded me, which I found to be entirely uncalled for. Such lack of attention to customer needs and unprofessional conduct tarnished what could have been a pleasant experience. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure better service in the future.

Love this Costa store. I only live a few doors up so come in here regularly. They always remember my order. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Nice menu variety and lovely drinks. They're lovely and interactive with my 3 year old little girl which always goes a long way for me. Yes it's a chain, but it's a lovely family friendly small branch with decent staff.
