Nice place

We had a magical wedding at The Bush Hotel on 22nd March. Hannah, Randall and team catered to our every need with a smile, the food was beautifully cooked, we appreciated that they parcelled up our remaining cut wedding cake to share after the day. Hannah was a fantastic Events Manager, offering advice and flexing to our needs. The spaces are amazing, I'm so glad I chose The Bush for our wedding party. Looking forward to coming back for our anniversary meal next year ?

Don't park outside the hotel! If you do make sure you pay for parking even when visiting hotel guests.

A shambles! Had been regularly staying here for over 8 years. It's gone up in price and down in standards and they don't care about your stay experience if they have an event (wedding) that they didn't tell you about when you booked. Supposed to be an early night for an early flight but instead sleeping like you're next door to a cheezy nightclub. Manager doesn't care.

After holding pruvate function here and been delighted by service etc; now a regular reliable coffee stop.
Rooms: Good comfortable on guests stop over
Nearby activities: Lots in Farnham surrounds
Walkability: Park and walk town centre,
Noteworthy details: Centrally situated in town centre.
External appearance deceptive.

Perfectly fine, but probably not "£180 nice". Courtyard room too cold. Beautiful town however, and did the job as a base for concert

Staff at reception acting as if they were doing a favour to guests, and had zero enthusiasm or customer service. Additionally when asked for local recommendations (things to do/ see in the area) they were clueless!
We had ordered for a special Keto lunch and they forgot about it! Then scrambled to make a salad and didn?t even have the courtesy to apologise.
Recommended only if this is the last available place in Farnham; where there are a number of other, much better hotels!

From the moment I arrived at The Bush Hotel, Farnham, I knew I was in for something special. Nestled in a perfect location, this stunning hotel seamlessly blends historic charm with modern luxury, creating an experience that is nothing short of royalesque.
The facilities are outstanding?elegant yet comfortable, immaculately maintained, and exuding sophistication at every turn. The rooms are nothing short of spectacular, with plush bedding, stylish décor, and all the modern amenities you could ask for. I half-expected to find a secret passage leading to a hidden chamber of luxury!
The food? Absolute perfection. Every meal was a culinary delight, crafted with precision and passion. Whether it was a beautifully presented breakfast, an indulgent dinner, or simply a drink at the bar, every bite and sip was a treat for the senses.
However, as exceptional as the hotel, food, and location are, they were all outshone by the service. The staff here take hospitality to another level, ensuring that every guest feels like royalty. A special mention must go to Pia, Katie, and (especially) Alberto, who went above and beyond in making my stay truly unforgettable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were simply world-class. Speaking of world class: Cara made me an Old-fashioned that would've had Don Draper speechless. Great recommendation from her to suggest the cocktail of the week!
If you're considering a stay at The Bush Hotel, Farnham, don't hesitate?this is hospitality at its absolute finest. Five stars doesn't seem enough!

We live locally and are frequent visitors to The Bush. All members of staff are very helpful and responsive to my needs, recently in a wheelchair and now on crutches. My one big ask, on behalf of all disabled visitors is that more than one disabled parking space(which is rarely free) is available in the small car park at the rear of the hotel. It would make life so much easier for us! Thank you.
Walkability: Close to town.

Been here a few times for meetings and some work drinks, staff are friendly and service is not bad.

We enjoyed an amazing afternoon tea at The Bush and it was an experience to remember. Best tea I?ve had in ages with delicious sandwiches, yummy scones and patisseries which were works of art. The service was attentive and super friendly. We were so impressed we going to do it again!

Lovely building. Staff service was great.
Slite noise outside our room, but we were moved into another room without any fuss.
Rooms: Nicely decorated, with all you need.
Nearby activities: Right in the town centre, but you wouldn't know it.
Safety: Car parked safely.
Walkability: Great for shops / park. Castle up a steep hill.
Food & drinks: Good selection.
Noteworthy details: Staff were good at arranging an Orbit taxi for us.
The outside grounds are very quiet and look good for November.
