“Our Tern cargo bike got a puncture (a particularly deep pothole), leaving us stranded in deepest, darkest South Farnham. Of course it was the rear tyre (bike has a carbon belt drive, so a lot more complicated to remove and replace) and I honestly had no idea how we were going to get it home.My wife got in touch with Bradley and the team at Hoops Farnham and, next thing, Oscar turned up on his bike to rescue me (and, more importantly, get enough air into the inner tube to nurse the bike back to their shop).Less than two days later we're back up and running (would have been sooner but the Tern uses a specific rear tyre that had to be special ordered) for an incredibly reasonable cost.Bradley and Oscar are some of the nicest people you're going to meet. They know a lot about bikes too.Thank you so much from the entire family for getting our beloved bike back up and running (and saving us from walking or - even worse - driving!) the school run.”
