Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, I did change my mind about one of the items I purchased, and this was refunded with no questions asked. My other purchase, a Neom reed defuser, was no more expensive than anywhere else. Beautiful shop and lots of fab ideas.

Love it! Friendly staff, very cozy and you find unique books, cards, dogs items, etc. All super good quality.

Nice store.. friendly staff.. helpful.. Great for special cards & unusual odd gifts.. but seems range of special cards are less.. focus more on blank cards that can be found cheaper in garden centres .. shame..

I was greeted with a warm smile as the lady started to lock up but instead of turning me away as I know many other shops would they welcomed me in. I'm not the best at deciding, so took my time but I didnt feel rushed in any way, the complete opposite in fact I felt as though they had all the time in the world to help out a lost customer overwhelmed by all the valentines cards. To finish i would like to personally say thank you to the two ladies working on tuesday 11th. :)
