What can I say about this useless bank.how about ..its not thererang halifax central number the jocker on the end of the line took 13 minutes to tell me he could not confirm if halifax basing stoke was functioning, but said a good alternative was Arlesford which is a village unlikely to be open after this organisation closed Farnham and Alton. i am worried about my money in this bank as it knows nothing about its self. And i cant get to any of its branches as they have closed down and the central number knows nothing...Dont put your money here.

Paying in machine ate £1500 of my money. I was told to sit a wait, and no one seemed phased by what had happened. Left to wait for an age with no one offering any assistance. It felt like my time didn?t matter to them at all. What?s the point in paying in machines if they don?t work, and actually slow down your experience.

This Bank became a joke!!!Closing phisical brunches all over the country. The ones still remaining are open 4-5 hours a day, with some of the weekdays not open at all.Some still remaining small brunches nod doing cash deposits, Farnborough for example.??? How to do business with institution like this???Will be going to different bank with my money...!!!

Terrible customer service. My card stopped working and I had to come to show my id. Each time I came they asked for other documents.I am standing here listening to the cashier say that I wasn?t able to answer the security questions online, which is BS. He referred to me as a ?person?. The other cashier, a woman, asks me if ?I am ok?. Of course I am not. The guy made me waste 1 hour today because he didn?t understand that the fraud department had to have me on the phone in front of the cashier. He only made notes in my account on the computer and that wasn?t the main requirement. Really bad
