My sister who is a teacher working from home decided to invest in a new laptop to help with the lessons. What was delivered was a bed sheet. After being called a liar, waiting on the phone for hours she thought it was resolved and they would send another straight away. Nothing. She called again. After an hour when she got though the advisor told her they had decided she is lying. They refused to put her through to a manager. This came from the Farnham branch. I hope that someone from Argos can see this and get in touch with an apology. As she has lost her money and has no laptop. The Consigner reference is 159167752. Disgusting and unforgivabl

It was a disgrace, staff were very rude. Delayed my order from 10 mins to 35mins. Although afterwards they said we don't have your order in store so therfore you can come pick it up tomorrow. It was disgraceful and misleading I hope they are ashamed of them selves.
