It is a convenient location in Esher. I do my groceries shopping in Waitrose and buy anything I need. The reason why I give 4* because the last time I needed to use the toilet and it was not available. There's something lacking in providing facilities for the loyal customers. The staff were not very apologetic either when they responded there was no toilet.

The staircase in and out is a bit narrow, no available customer toilet during internal construction work is being done, slight inconvenience.

I come to the store the door is open I go in I walk around the store I look for straws for drinks I find straws a store employee comes to me asks how I got in I tell him the front door is open so I went in and she tells me with a grudge that it will open in 5 minutes and I have to go out and wait outside. I left I didn't buy anything and I don't intend to come back

You may want to train your staff how to speak to customers. Unacceptable and rude.
