Tom Howley and One Stop solutions worked seamlessly to create the most beautiful kitchen. Stella was unbelievably helpful in her design and patience in helping me create the perfect kitchen.She is an asset to the company and recommended OSS who provided a summary of scheduled works which were carried out to the highest level. A faulty Neff fridge freezer was replaced immediately and any minor blemishes were put right with no intervention by me. TH also recommended Pure stone for the floor which I absolutely love.
I cannot summarise the pleasure I have in walking into my new kitchen.. Wish I had done it four years ago!

Tom Howley designed a kitchen that went far beyond anything that we could of imagined. The quality of the cabinetry, and the fine detail that went into the kitchen is incredible, it truly is a once in a lifetime product, and the sheer quality of such a bespoke, top line kitchen is hard to put into words, the detail witnessed at the installation stage made the whole process even more stunning.
We went through the Esher showroom, and from the initial consultation to the incredible after service it has been second to none. The showroom Manager Odette provided an incredible level of service and expertise, with guidance that made the process much easier. We were lucky enough to speak and work with Chris and Stella the designers who came up with solutions to any design challenge.
I cannot recommend this product and in particular this showroom highly enough, for an exceptional quality and second to none experience.

I bought a wonderful kitchen from Tom Howley Esher; Chris Hanger supported me all the way with his expertise from the initial design which he came up with to colour choices and finishes. Installation was smooth and everything worked like clockwork. A fantastic experience and I absolutely love the kitchen's. I would recommend Tom Holley and Chris Hanger any time.

We recently had a Tom Howley kitchen installed as part of a house renovation and we?ve been so happy with the result. Chris in the Esher office did a fantastic job with the design to make sure we received our dream kitchen. He really understood how to make the most of the space and ensured the layout worked for us day to day. The survey and installation process were very easy and the quality of the kitchen is amazing. I would definitely recommend Chris and the whole Tom Howley team as they?ve all been brilliant.

Brilliant first meeting with a deep understanding of what we required and a great insight into the design process which really helped with our decision making.

Tom Howley, and specifically Chris Hanger, were absolutely brilliant in the design, delivery, fitting and aftercare of our kitchen. We undertook a full renovation of our home with an open plan kitchen design. The care and attention to detail from Chris was outstanding and he was able to think through and pre-empt issues and questions which led to a beautiful and very well thought out layout and design. Absolutely delighted with the end to end service I received from Chris at Tom Howley ktichens in Esher. Thoughtful designs after listening to my list of requests, Chris managed to exceed my expectations and deliver a truly beautiful and practical design with superb quality units finished to a really high hand painted specification. Shout out also to One Call Solutions who fitted and did all the building and decorating work that was necessary too - absolutely first rate.

The service from Chris Hanger at the Esher store was exceptional. I was not sold on Tom Howley and preferred another kitchen company but Chris won us over completely and we are thrilled with our new kitchen!!

We worked with Tom Howley after receiving designs and quotes from another independent kitchen design and build company and a large fitted kitchen company. From the first visit to the Esher showroom, staff were friendly and attentive whilst also giving you space to look and discuss (in private at times). We were never rushed out of the showroom when it was clear we were just browsing and were at the start of our kitchen journey (Tom Howley was the first place we visited). We have to specifically mention Odette for her customer service. Our kitchen was designed by Chris who worked closely with us to understand our needs. Chris also brought to our attention ways to use our space as efficiently as possible and highlighted many areas we had not considered that would make our kitchen really work for us. Chris is clearly experienced at his job and was well-versed in various appliances (and brands) giving us pros and cons of the different ranges. Chris accommodated our busy work schedule and we had no issues booking weekend appointments or having our calls and emails returned. Many people have commented on the unique design of the table attached to the island, not only how wonderful looks but also that it is the most practical island seating area they have seen. This was Chris's design idea; we don't regret trusting him on it and it has become on of our favourite places to sit in in our home. It was a pleasure working with Chris and his colleagues and we would absolutely recommend the Esher showroom to any of our friends or family.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

We were thoroughly impressed by the service, quality and professionalism we received from Tom Howley from start to finish. From our first interaction with Stella at the Esher showroom to the level of expertise and professionalism of the kitchen fitters, painter and project manager. Every person we interacted with during the process of designing and installing our new kitchen went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth and the end result stunning. I could not recommend Tom Howley highly enough - an exceptional company with staff who really keep customer service and satisfaction at the forefront of everything they do.

We did our due diligence on kitchens, there is no doubt about that! Spent days and hours opening and closing cabinet doors from one showroom to the next. The day we met Chris from Tom Howley, we knew this was going to be the one (yes and then we STILL went and checked more places out but returned to TH to sign on dotted line). Chris was totally open to our project from the very first conversation, listened to our ideas & concerns. He produced a design that fitted our space and lifestyle perfectly, gently offering guidance based on years of expertise. Above the quality of the wood, hardware and finishing, we started to see what you pay for with this lot. It was the kitchen we'd imagined but didn't quite know how to achieve, and he and the Tom Howley team delivered it with bells on. We so appreciated how flexible and available he was, so that when we had a last minute idea or quick change he'd take it on board without a fuss and finesse it into the plans (even though as the sales guy this was not his role anymore in the process). The whole experience was relatively seamless, and we are absolutely thrilled with the result. The Tom Howley kitchen has truly made our house a dream home (added tons of value) and we are so grateful to have walked into the Esher showroom and been greeted by Chris that day. Highly recommended with bells on! Oh and ask for Graham as Project Manager.. you?ll be making up reasons for him to keep coming over for a chat.Service: Remodeling

Lovely kitchen, colour looks great and the wood is sturdy. However unfortunately it constantly needs repainting around the skirting board area from scuffs (chairs, Hoover etc). Also sadly we were under the impression that any alterations we wanted done to the kitchen we could pay extra for further down the line, however after getting in contact with Tom Howley to get our food fridge changed to a drinks fridge we were informed that they do not do alterations and we would have to find another kitchen fitter. We?ve just had Tom Howley design and install our kitchen, drinks bar, study cabinetry and dressing room and quite literally couldn?t be happier with both the design & installation process and the end results. Their work was part of a large and all encompassing refurbishment project (all windows, doors, floors, electrics, plumbing, internal walls, etc) and they were our stand out supplier throughout the entire build. We honestly can?t rave enough about Ben Warbrick who both led the design process and took ownership of the cabinetry project from start to finish. Ben?s wealth of experience, eye for design, attention to detail and exceptional communication meant we had 100% confidence we would end up with dream results. And we did. Looking back at our experience with Tom Howley, one of the most impressive things about the company (in addition to the quality of their cabinetry) is the strength and depth of their whole team. Graham Perkins, their [Regional Operations Manager] oversaw the installation project with the energy, care and attention as if it was his own home. Graham was also great at dealing with our own suppliers (electrician, plumbers, main contractor) making the installation stress free for us (in stark contrast to the rest of the build!). The installers Frank and Glenn were also excellent and Coolio's attention to detail when painting the cabinets was exceptional. Overall, we couldn?t recommend both Tom Howley?s work and their service highly enough and we couldn?t be happier with the experience or the results.
