The Car Wash in the last few months was closed and remains closed to date... Waste of time. Other than that it has petrol and is good for shopping, but for me without the car wash I won't be using them anymore.

I drove a long way to use the car wash, even though the car wash was open and wet inside I was told that the car wash was not working because of the bang holiday , I tried another nearby branch right away and they serviced me

Car wash is only open on rainy days. It's out of service on any other day throughout the year. No pun intended.

I went to this shell and paid cash. Received a demand for the money a month later. I remember paying so asked to see the cc tv images only to be told by ?Genesh? at the store that they do not have cc tv images for anything over a month!!! Someone at this store is stealing cash exchanges- will only use card at this store from now!!! I also had to wait 10 minutes before i was attended to! Disgusting service. Go with your own camera if you need any services.

Good ev charging experience. I wish it was open longer. The ev chargers require no staff, therefore ought to be available 24/7/365.

This gas station is a franchise and the fuel prices are too high, the highest in the area. The difference in premium fuels with other petrol stations in the area is up to 10p per litre

This happened year's ago, but my bank card was cloned at this petrol station. The man rubbed my card on his arm saying that the machine couldn't read it. I hadn't used my bank card for anything else around that time and the staff at my bank laughed. They said he is as good as arrested.

I use this now and than for petrol and the odd bit of shopping in the small store, usually i have come across fairly polite staff but not tonight as i put petrol in my car, very rude cashier, didnt even look up at me when i said 'Good evening' , i am always a cheerful polite lady to everyone , he didnt say thankyou or even say a word to me, i said thankyou very much and goodbye, he said nothing, very rude, should not be behind a counter , I have worked in sales, behind counters and various places and self employed, always cheerful and polite to everyone no matter what is happening in my life. they need to tell or train some staff to look at customers and be polite and cheerful with manners. makes me not want to use it again tbh

It?s 3rd time I bought (Cappuccino )Costa from this service station and it?s the worst coffee every time so watery doesn?t taste like coffee at all , I think they adding their own brand in Costa dispenser.
