To note, when you get to the venue you need to grab a basket BEFORE you reach the bar (this is where you check in). This is on the right hand side inside the 'clubhouse' / bar like a supermarket. You're then not really welcomed but give details and get a receipt with a barcode for your balls. I went down to the range (through the golf shop) to realise I didn't have a basket. I had to walk all the way back to get the basket and come down. This is where the lack of service eminates. Rather have the baskets downstairs at the driving range and tell your employees to ask the players if its their first time at the range so there is no confusion. The range itself is okay. Based on my experience I might revert to the driving range in New Malden/ Raynes Park.”
