It is a pleasure to write this review about the Gascoigne Pees Esher branch sales team. Phil Bullman and Toby MacDonald are simply worth their weight in gold!They did a fantastic job of selling my house and they succeeded where other estate agents had failed. They kept in touch and were diligent about arrangements for viewings. Once an offer was accepted, they saw things through to completion. In short, they provided an excellent service and are the best estate agents I have dealt with. If only all estate agents could be this good!Above all, they helped to make a really stressful time more bearable! My heartfelt thanks to them, can't recommend them highly enough! Will miss you guys!

Extremely happy with the service received by Philip, Toby and the team at Gascoigne-Pees. After initially listing my property for sale using Purple Bricks, I switched this to Gascoigne-Pees after being left disappointed with the service from Purple Bricks and it was the best decision I made. The increase in the quality of service received was more than I could have expected. As well as this, I purchased my new property through Gascoigne-Pees and the chain was managed very well by the team with consistent updates and info on the process at all stages.Overall we were extremely pleased and are now in our new home!

I was selling a property via an auction site which appeared to have met with some headwind and the original completion window of 56 days had extended by a further 60 days! It was obvious that my phone calls trying to push things forward were coming to no avail and in desperation I contacted Gascoigne-Pees, Esher branch, and two members of the team, Philip and Toby took on the problem and soon after the sale of the property made it to completion. Thankfully, Philip and Toby listened to predicament and acted upon it even though it wasn't a sale they were involved with. Without their assistance I wonder if I would still be waiting for completion. Gascoigne-Pees (Esher), Thank you.
