Absolutely unreliable and untrustable. They cancelled big part of an order without informing the customer and despite the fact that order was made 2 weeks in advance. This was a special paint for which we had a team arriving from Italy the next day to start the work. Their lack of attention created a huge financial loss and planning issues. Their solution for the chaos created was refunding £60 which they called it a ?gesture?!!!!
Avoid this showroom and this brand for your own sake!

Very nice staff they take their time to help you pick the product that?s right for you :) you can also find all the colours they have on the website, we had some odd ones and they were able to sort them out for us ?

Lovely, helpful staff makes shopping here enjoyable. The product is expensive but used well can give excellent results. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to share their experience. Even though there was only one lady serving in the store we were seen to quickly and did not feel rushed.

Wow really impressed with the service here. Called in advance to check stock and travelled to get here, as the only stockist of a certain colour, and they were so accommodating waited for us to get there before it closed.
