Paid a visit today. The female barista was rather rude and appalling with her customer service and tone of voice when I'd placed my drinks order at the counter. She certainly soured my Monday coffee. Will never ever revisit this outlet again!...

Just grabbed couple of drinks at Caffè Nero Esher today, 29th Mar 2024, midday. There was initially one guy at the till taking orders and then as it was my turn to order a girl came over trying to open her till. Unfortunately she could not. Instead of asking her colleague to take my order she asked the gentleman behind me for his order as my order was apparently too complicated for her/her machine. Then the colleague disappeared as he got freed up and the gentleman behind me felt sorry that he asked them what was preventing them from taking my order?finally when he took my order he almost threw the cups to my face!! No courtesy, no customer service, no apologies , just awful overall. What happened to this ?once friendly customer oriented? Caffè Nero at Esher. Never ever coming here again!!

Charging customers extra for their new blend which is incredibly sweet. I wasn't even given the option. But I realised when I tasted it , tastes nothing like coffee. Just tastes of sugar, I ordered flat white with whole milk. Charged 10p extra for this blend. Will be clear when ordering exactly which blend I want.. Thankfully the fat in the milk slows down the glucose absorption and whole milk is the best to froth for coffee, nutritious also. Oat milk contains a lot of sugar and calories

There is definitely room for improvement. The toilet facilities were disgusting, bin very rusty and falling apart , walls and floor were dirty and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Unfortunately the store needs an overall makeover as it looks tired and I couldn?t wait to just grab my brunch and leave the store.The young lady serving today was polite.

It doesn?t matter how many times I ask for my mochas to be extra hot, I still get served one that I can?t even describe as hot. Not bothering to go here again, which is a shame because Caffe Nero do the best mocha. I get a proper hot drink in the Cobham and Kingston branches. Don?t know what the problem is in Esher.
