I wish I had ventured into this boutique sometime ago having driven past several times.
I purchased a dress online for my birthday party and wanted to exchange it as the zip was sticking and in a hurry too. Bernard Boutique couldn't of been more accommodating. A quick exchange, followed by a browse round the shop too and a lovely warming chat with the ladies.
I will definitely be back to add to my wardrobe! Thank you. ?

I recently ordered 2 dresses from Bernard. Pre purchase my enquiries were handled quickly, politely and most important, honestly. Ordering was simple and quick. Delivery was swift, (and I live as far from the shop as it is possible to get), goods were beautifully packaged, and I love the idea of being able to reuse the box rather than just chucking it in the bin. The most important thing of all is that the goods were exactly what I was expecting. The colours were completely true to the photos on the website, no nasty surprises, and length/fit etc were exactly as shown. I also felt that the service was very personal, rather than a conveyor belt. So I am a very happy camper. As it is a bit of a trek to the shop, I will definitely be using this service again!"
