Have had two recent experiences with Wilson Peugeot (Epson) and both have been excellent. My daughter purchased a used Peugeot from Wilson's used vehicles sales recently - for the car to have to go back after a week for two separate problems wasn't ideal - but not their fault. I have to compliment George and Paul (And the whole service team involved in resolving these issues) Their ownership of the challenges, communication and positive resolutions were excellent. I now have a happy daughter who can now finally enjoy her new car which she is very proud of - thanks to the service team. Thank you George and Paul.

My air conditioner was malfunctioning, so I had it repaired on August 16th of the last month. Following the repair involving gas recharge, I arrived to collect my car, only to discover that the air conditioner was completely non-functional. When I confronted a service representative, the individual responsible for this case, he callously brushed off the issue, citing the supposed limitations of electric cars, and essentially told me there was nothing more to be done. He audaciously persuaded me to return home for the time being, implying that if further issues arose, I should consider coming back.I found myself utterly dismayed that despite having already paid for the repair, I was being forced to leave with the problem unresolved. For an extended period, I couldn't shake the nagging feeling that this situation was far from ordinary. However, the service representative continued to insist that everything was normal, brazenly advising me to simply go home. I'm absolutely incensed by the way they handled a disgruntled customer. In the end, after an extended wait, a technician finally intervened and confirmed that the issue lay with an entirely different component. I have now been waiting for this part for a grueling month. I attempted to communicate with the service representative via email on two separate occasions for updates, but my efforts were met with stone-cold silence.This level of customer service is not just infuriating; it is outright appalling. I've incurred expenses for a problem that wasn't even the root cause, and yet, the issue has lingered unresolved for a torturous month. When I contacted them by phone, they had the audacity to inform me that this part (the compressor) is backordered, and I should passively endure the delay. It's beyond infuriating because even local auto centers can efficiently order and procure such parts within a week, yet I remain in the dark about when this elusive part will finally become available. Could all of this incompetence possibly be attributed to my Asian heritage? Is this an insidious form of racial discrimination?In our household, we are proud owners of two Peugeot cars. We have genuinely enjoyed our experience with them. However, this abysmal customer service has cast an indelible stain on our perception of Peugeot. We are now seriously contemplating pursuing legal action to obtain the rightful compensation for this outrageous ordeal.

It?s been a bit of a rollercoaster with this purchase but finally everything fell into place and I?m very happy with the outcome.I saw the car advertised online at a good price and in the spec & colour I was after. I reserved it and booked a time to view.Sadly the car was a bit scuffed internally by the previous owner and there was a large chip on the bonnet so I rejected the car and walked away from the purchase.The following day Sav called and asked why I rejected the car, I explained that the salesman who showed me the vehicle just kept repeating that it was a used car and that?s what I should expect. (He has since left the company). I wasn?t happy to trade in my well kept vehicle for something that wasn?t up to standard. Sav went out to the car and did a walk around whilst on the phone to me and identified all the bits I wasn?t happy and agreed to have them put right.Two weeks later the car was ready and as promised all small scuff?s & bonnet damaged repaired along with a service. I was happy to go ahead and purchase, Sav passed me over to James & Sophie who were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. All paperwork done and an extremely competitive insurance quote obtained for me which I took up.When I arrived home I realised the first service paperwork was missing, the dealer told me it wasn?t a problem because electric cars don?t need it. I wasn?t happy with this and spent hours calling Peugeot UK to try to track it down. I was told the car had full service history when I bought it so I wanted proof. This will cover me if I need to make a warranty claim and without it the value of the car will decrease.After a lot of chasing and calling Sav a few times he finally found the garage that serviced it and sent over my proof.I would like to thank Sav for putting up with a very demanding customer in a professional and patient manner!Let?s hope the car never goes wrong or he may end up blocking my number !!

This is the second time I?ve bought a car from Wilson?s, and I would highly recommend. They have such a large variety of cars to choose from and all staff members that I interacted with were friendly. The salesman we dealt with was called Tahir. He was really helpful, not pushy when trying to make a sale, and had really good communication throughout the whole process.

Visited this showroom in Kiln Lane Epsom and was Greater by James who was extremely friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. So lovely. A great person to deal with.

Such helpful and friendly staff. James showed us around and was professional, friendly and not at all pushy. He listened to what we wanted and we ended up buying the perfect car based on his knowledge. Was a great experience, the staff in the showroom were lovely as well and made the children with us welcome and feel at home and made great hot chocolates! Couldn?t recommend this place enough especially for advice and knowledge. James was a great sales man would definitely come back here if I were to buy a car again.

I went there for a major service for my Peugeot 2008 and it was great. Paul helped me out with every detail of the service, and found the best solution for me. All of the guys at Wilson's were very professional and friendly.Kam was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and made us both feel at ease immediately. Would definitely recommend buying a car here.
