Ordered using Click & Collect from this store. Didn?t realise that it?s only 48 hours to collect so had to call the store to hold until I could get there after work today. The operator was friendly and reassuring. Went to collect item this evening and the staff were all helpful and efficient. One assistant helped me with the item to the car which was a relief as I?m disabled. Really great customer service which is quite rare these days. Well done Wickes Epsom and a massive thank you.

Been to quite a few Wickes stores, and unfortunately some staff have the charisma of a plank of wood, and never have what you need. Not here, always topped up and Scarlett & Paisley are the gems of it. Always professional and helpful ??

Good location next to a large Sainsbury supermarket and Halfords.
Ample parking spaces, can park up to 3 hours.
Large store. Good variety of hardware stuff available. You can also pay online and pick up from the store.
Limited gardening supplies such as compost and some bedding plants.

Both deliveries had issues, 2 treated wood timbers were warped and twisted and should have been wasted rather than used as sellable stock, and one boxed wickes item did not have all parts. Will be switching to another retailer.
