Staff are reluctantly helpful. My major concern however, is how the advisor physically took my card off me and looked at ALL of my card details (including the 3 digit security) then made me verify 3 times with my card in the machine and pin.. NOT OK.. my bank said they should not be taking hold of your card..The staff member then asked again for my expiry details on card as a separate occasion and then went straight on his phone, later disappearing out the back for 5 mins.. why verify you through the card machine - then need to hold and see your card too? .. very strange behaviour .. I cancelled my card as a precaution, as seems suspect.. Vodaphone need to retrain their staff as this seems shady! DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR CARD!

Always takes forever to get anything done. The staff always say 10 minutes and 40 minutes later you are still there. The pricing always seems totally random, never the same price twice even on the same day.

I?m with Jaber today who is exceptionally patient and helpful. I wanted to change to Vodafone with my old number, but the website just didn?t allow me to do so. He called his manager, and made all the little adjustments of information and details to make it work. Also got advice on why I cannot use SMS texting with my number, if it?s not working I?m gonna come back again to seek for professional help!

Very helpful young lady this morning helped to sort out a problem regarding cancellation of my contact where I could not be located on the system. Apparently there was an upgrade 6yrs ago and my details were on this system. I was not sorted until an official complaint was made where that person was able to access the old system. At least 5hrs wasted trying to sort out an easy problem, although all contacts were helpful.

They are apparently a franchise business at the Epsom store and don?t sound like they care, I felt very put down in there I was asking information about an upgraded I didn?t understand, I?ve got cancer and memory loss I just felt like he didn?t have the time to explain the information properly, I ended up walking out.

Visited the store and was welcomed by Jaber who was really helpful from the start. Just asking for information about tariffs led me to upgrading my contract. Jaber broke down all the costs and potential saving vs my existing deal. Decided to go for the iPhone 13 Pro. Really knowledgeable team without the hard push sales tactics. Thanks again Jaber. Will visit again soon for future upgrades.

Today my phone got stolen, I was panicking a lot and a young man called Jaber reassured me everything will be okay. He made the entire process effortless, couldn't have been happier. He managed to get all my information back on the new phone I got and he even sorted out an amazing discount for me. Will definitely be coming back!
