Took my daughter's glasses in as she had managed to unscrew the arm off. Left them for an hour and came back to them fixed and good as new. Wasn't sure if opticians still did repairs like this but it turns out that they do. Very quick and easy and there was no charge. Great service, thank you!

1st visit to Epsom branch , So far so good. My experience was not like the negative reviews on here, but iv yet to pick my new glasses up. I can only say I had great service , no waiting an very pleasant staff, Rashima who served me was very friendly and very helpful and made me aware of the best deals available to me , I shall keep returning to Epsom branch Ashley centre again. If all goes well with collection of my glasses I shall be a happy customer.

It?s unforgivable the lack of urgency to pick up the phone, I?ve experienced this several times with Epsom vision express. And it raises a certain amount of anxiety in me, as vision allows me to experience life, and I cannot get a hold of the branch to ask questions , it?s truly disappointing. This branch does not take vision seriously, and I?m considering changing opticians at this rate. Unfortunately, very disappointed with their services

I already had my eye prescription so didn?t need an eye test .I was served by a lovely lady she helped me choose 2 sets of glasses for reading only . There is a wide range of frames to choose from to suit all budgets.

Very attentive and great customer service. Having my annual eye test I chose to have the OCT eye scan (3-D image within your eye). Impressed with the time and care given to explain the health of my eyes along with the advice and guidance to ensure I maintain good eye care.

Very helpful when choosing frames. The eye test was very thorough and I can away feeling confident that I had made the right choice. However compared to other companies the cost was much higher.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks replace my broken frame, still they haven?t got it, they don?t answer the phone at all! Not sure why they call express! Despite charging premium! Very disappointed!
