Perfect location in epsom. just beside the railway station and nice clean maintained rooms.
At reception STEBIN was very welcoming and helpful. Really loved my stay here for a month for office work. Would love to book again here in future.

You get 30 minutes Wi-Fi for free every 24 hours. Once those are over, you have to lay to use the Wi-Fi. Ah, and to use it you have to register with your email, god only knows what they do with your personal info. Never seen anything like this in a hotel before.
Check in starts at 3, snd if you want to check in earlier you'll have to pay.
Basically, they'll find any possible way to rip you off.
The only reason I'm not rating them 1 star is that my room was clean.
I'm NOT looking forward to stay here again

As expected from Travelodge, basic but very clean. The only down side was the shower water pressure was not very good, but saying that it would not put me off as the location was perfect, a two minute walk from the station.

Room was hot cramped and noisy. Noise from outside as the room was so hot we had to have the window open. Basic and cheap.

Lovely staff very helpful the rooms are spacious and presented well the cleaners are fantastic and the lady at the front desk (mimi) is fantastic always helpful and goes the full mile very kind and caring lady

Conveniently located next to the station so you can hear the trains but they don?t run 24 hours a day.
Needs air con though provided with two fans but not adequate for heat above 20 degrees. Room is quite compact and needs something to cheer it up but I?d say adequate for a one night stay. Should provide a bottle of free water for two. Charge for water in the hotel ludicrous, nothing open when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and everything seemed clean. Not an open and airy hotel but convenient for town.

Absolutely Disgraceful ? Missing Belongings and Zero Accountability
I stayed at this hotel for work and left extremely disappointed and frustrated after my personal belongings went missing from my room. What followed was a complete lack of accountability, transparency, or basic customer care.
I was told by the hotel manager that the housekeeper ?thought my items were rubbish and threw them out? ? yet later, I was told that no staff saw the items at all. Which is it? The story keeps changing, and it?s clear that they are covering for each other instead of owning up to what really happened.
Despite raising the issue multiple times, I received nothing but generic apologies and was pushed to ?speak to the police? while the hotel avoided taking any real responsibility. No reimbursement, no proper investigation, and no explanation for how a guest?s property could be thrown away or disappear without a trace.
I expected a secure, professional environment ? especially as someone staying for business. Instead, I dealt with negligence, contradictory statements, and zero resolution. I will be filing a police report and escalating this to relevant consumer protection and hospitality bodies.
Avoid this hotel if you value your belongings and want to be treated with respect.

Rooms are small and so is the TV
All you hear all night and from 5/6 am is trains
They go in your room without notice or permission and say it's ok because it's maintenance.

Stayed here 3 nights to do some training for work. The hotel is a decent price clean and has friendly staff. Plus you get all the facilities you need like a kettle, coffee, sugar, milk, TV and WiFi. You can upgrade the WiFi if you prefer to like me so you can have it for the whole day instead of just a limited time. Also if you leave the sign out when you leave in the morning they will give you fresh towels, bring you more coffee and empty your bins.

Five stars for a budget hotel. It is a clean and comfortable budget hotel located right next to the local train station. It is quiet, clean and centrally located. The front desk is 24 hours and the individuals working the desk are professional.

No parking! Was told on Web site there was but none on arrival so had to pay £25 to park in waitrose, really annoying ? also no electric point for shaver and no USB plug for phone, so not a good experience
