Went into tool station for a few things, needed abit of help with what I was looking for, a gentleman named Maz went above and beyond to ensure that I bought the right equipment. Overall, exempt customer service skills and a genuine assett to the company.

I love this supplier but two times in two weeks I have queued and had to leave before being served as only 1 person attending to customers and my time allowed ran out! He was doing his best too, but some customers are slow and have lots of time to chat. There was another staff member who took around ten minutes to scan one item (maybe stock taking?), look puzzled and tap lots of keys on the keyboard but ignored the queue of customers. Old fashioned customer values need to be restored. Its a shame but I was in and out of Screwfix in less than 3 minutes following that!

Maz, Jill and Aaron are a pleasure to do business with! I have recently moved to the area and all of the staff exceed expectations when it comes to smiles and service. After 4 weeks in the area I am on a first name basis with the great team and will not change my alliances.

Exceptional standard of service from a group of staff who understand the customer experience. I have been buying from this store regularly over the past 6 months and the staff have always been extremely helpful and kind. Certainly one of the best branches I have visited.

Great place, I find I am doing most of my shopping for DIY and hardware here rather than Wickes. All the stuff I am looking for that Wickes doesn't have I normally find her.

Excellent customer service. Tucked away on the Kiln estate, so maybe not evident for the general public. Competitive prices too.Would highly recommend.
