I had some international passport pictures done at the Epsom Ashely branch where the staff took his time reviewing the international guidelines for the passport picture required. When I had my passport interview I was told the pictures were wrong and had to pay almost double the amount to get new ones done. The guidelines he followed in store did not meet the embassy guidelines so I contacted Timspon head office with copies of pictures and a link to the embassy with the Snappy Snaps pictures which were accepted. Head office refund me and apologised. Great. I then revisited as I needed to get my child's done and met with the same staff who told me that I'm better getting them done elsewhere because he had a customer who recently complained about the cut size of the passport and that the embassy are fussy best not to risk it. I think he was just fobbing me off for not doing his due diligence the first time round! Both picture sets were cut to the exact same size so if you didn't want to take the pictures say so! Another local Timspon store were glad to help me thankfully.

Honest and friendly.I took in what was supposed to be a brand new watch from another retailer and blemishes/scratches were pointed out instantly. I decided to go ahead with the engraving due to time contraints and the outcome of the workmanship of the new engraving was excellent.Having come from one business feeling upset. It helped me feel a little better seeing the new custom print work on the back.All done within an hour same day. So pleased I went and recommend you do also.

"UPDATE" This shop has a new manager who has had to deal with a lot of unfinished businesses from the previous manager, after they damaged my watch he went out of his way to get it sorted, I pleased to say my watch has been returned all repaired and serviced without charge.Thanks for all your efforts.

I had a pair of 10 yr old RM Williams that needed new soles and heels and I thought were almost beyond repair. The gentleman in the store was able to repair them to the point they look brand new. Super impressed with the friendly service, quick turnaround and quality of work. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had an emergency as my heel dropped off my shoe on the way out for the evening. The lovely gentleman at Timpsons in Epsom repaired it for me there and then even though he was about to close! Great customer service and thank you.

Took my son in for some passport photos. Gentleman was clearly very busy, but was extremely accommodating. Was great with my son and photo was validated first time on the government website. Great service!
