Just been into Epsom branch at 16.35, to use their instant passport photos service only to be told too late as closing soon.....they close at 5.30. Seriously not able to do this with 55mins before closing?????

I recently visited Timpson and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service. Dean was cheerful and helpful and took the time to explain not only the different services Timpson offers but also shared some interesting facts about the company, its CEO, and affiliated businesses. I especially appreciated his expert advice on the correct shoe polish to use and how to apply it. Dean?s professional and friendly service made the whole experience a delight, and I would highly recommend this Timpson branch to anyone seeking top-notch assistance.

Wonderful branch manager Dean, really courteous service and did our apple tag battery replacement and loose spectacles fixing for free. Very helpful and explaining different shoe care tips helping us to buy the right set of shoe care.

Gave in a watch to engrave for a 60th birthday. They had the watch for almost two weeks. Went to collect four days after they said it would be ready and they had done nothing with it. Never called once to say they couldnt do it despite having a phone number. Waste of time

£15.99 for a dog tag. He offered 2 for £20 but wouldn?t do a different name (for my other dog)
Utter rip off. Have ordered back ups on eBay (for £4 each) but Timpsons know people can?t afford to risk their dogs not having a tag so charge way over the odds to get it immediately (or in 15 minutes as was todays wait)
Flimsy link on it too which I will change to sturdier one so hardly top quality.

I only made it to the shop as it was closing as I had a struggle getting my eldest sister who has early dementia out of the house. The guy behind the desk patiently fixed my watch strap. Excellent service for which I am very grateful.

Really great guy. Fixed leather boots (I assumed had died after I'd taken a tumble in them and pulled leather from the sole) within 15 minutes. Absolute hero, can't recommend enough!
