The receptionist at this practice is incredibly rude and obstructive. She shows absolutely no empathy and treats patients with utter disdain.

This surgery is hopeless beyond belief. Restricting patient access to care, not responding to complaints and a failure to meet the basic principals of the BMA around duty of care. You cannot even complain online unless its within office hours - just ridicoulous. Dr Sevenoaks or whoever is the lead of the partnership should hang his head in shame. Thankfully Covid cannot mask your incompetence any longer.
