I have tried to contact them to book a viewing for a property on sale. They took my number to call me back which never happened.then they sent me an email saying what is your position for buying and considering my property was under offer and there was no chain they didn?t not booked me in and sent another email and said we are fully booked and I am not in a good position to buy that particular property. What a great service!!!!

Terrific support from the whole team. They sold my house in record time and then never left the process. I can't speak highly enough of The Local Agent. We tried to sell our flat for over 2 years and received no offers during that time. I bought a house being sold by the Local Agent. They had a friendly sales approach which was good and then helped managed the purchase with professionalism and diligence. They were proactive in chasing solicitors etc and supported post completion on a couple of issues. Overall, was very impressed.

We are really impressed with the service that Jon & Josh have provided during the process of selling our property. They were both very professional and friendly. Having been burnt by other Epsom estate agents, we were very hesitant when finding an alternative agent to be responsible for our property. We ended up using 4 different estate agents before Jon & Josh got on board and took it over the line. They are both very friendly and certainly do not live up to the common estate agent stereotype - they are good at their job without cutting corners or wasting your time but instead being honest every step of the way.If you are trying to decide on which estate agent to list your property with in Epsom, you will not regret placing your trust with Jon & Josh.

Josh and Jon were great from the outset, couldn't recommend highly enough. Had multiple viewings booked on the first day of listing, sold house within 2 weeks, held communication for all parties throughout. Helped with queries when solicitors overwhelmed by SDLT. Managed process efficiently to ensure difficult deadlines met. Small company - feels like they really care about your custom.
