Shout out to the ladies at braintree village outlet store. This was a couple of weeks ago now and I?ve seen a really good change in my skin. very helpful and introduced me to the to the CBD and hemp range. My skin is so much better and not as sore. I haven?t been able to use anything on my face for months until now. Very good customer service. Thank you!

Products are not what they used to be ? very disappointing. I bought the usual pack of stuff I buy and the tea tree in particular has been highly watered down and the price gone up. I?m not paying for watered down ****

the products are excellent, there is definitely something for every skin type, you can mix & match, you get reward vouchers when you shop & free products in store when you spend a certain amount - the staff are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the products, very helpful, professional & friendly, always greated with a smile & polite conversation, some of the products are a little on the pricey side, but there are plenty of alternatives if your on a budget, all in all 5* rating on everything ? (I don't shop online due to all the bad reviews, but the Aylesbury store is fantastic)

They sell boxes that says containing mascara that is completely empty with untampered seal.
Rude, incompetent staff that will not do anything when they sell boxes with no goods in .
Absolute rip off .
Highly not recommended.

Poor staffing at Inverness
Went into Inverness branch to look for a Vitamin E moisture product I have been using for years. One member of staff was too busy chatting to a friend to help me. When the other staff member on the tills was free I was told it was discontinued - no alternative was offered! How can these shops survive the financial climate with staff like these?

My friend visited the Exeter branch of The Bodyshop and left in tears due to how they were treated by staff and their manager. There was no compassion shown to try and help with my friends autism. Due to the staff interactions my friend became non-verbal. No effort was made to address my friends needs and they were made to feel so uncomfortable that they had to leave in tears. I never normally leave reviews but their conduct has moved me to do so. And want to raise this feedback so that others don't have to go through the same treatment. Bad customer service by any measure, but it is even more important that they should have the training to be able to provide appropriate service to those with conditions such as autism.

I ordered some items online through the body shop on 30th December. I wish i had saved my 40 pounds, i am still waiting for my order i have reported it to customer service 3 times now and all 3 was unhelpful and didnt care, i had no updates i have had to chase every time. I asked for a refund and they advised they couldnt do it yet they was quick enough to take my money. Said i would get another order sent on express delivery and then got told it would be after the investigation was complete. Now i am being told my order will be with me in the next 72 hours which i know is a complete fob off. Complete joke evri have ruined this online company yet they still use them to send there parcels out? make it make sense thats how little they think of there customers.

The new formula of the body butters are absolutely awful, so hard , so rough. I understand the company is trying all vegan but at least have a base for all your customers vegan and non vegan. I used to use the almond and honey and coconut better but clearly the formula has changed , it?s not worth the money , you have lost a massive customer base who have been using your products for years. i have no stopped shopping at the body shop.

bad service
no delivery ordered 27th November message and always told we will look into it said they had sent another parcel again no delivery now saying will send again express delivery but apparently that will take a week. when other company's can do next day. disappointed in this company won't be ordering again

I have had the most horrific experience ordering online from The Body Shop. My first package was lost and the replacement one still has not been delivered. This is now 2 weeks later. Customer service has not been helpful. I am appalled at this shocking level of service and will actually not be purchasing anything from the body shop again. An absolute disgrace.

Still waiting for my order weeks after I placed it - received two tiny samples with lots of packaging in a box but no sign of the main order. Customer services are being unhelpful and rude and basically giving me the run around, presumably in the hope that I?ll give up and go away. Their delivery system is useless. I ordered an Advent Calendar, received an email from DPD that it would be delivered in a 2 hour window on a certain day. When the time came, all that was delivered was 2 teabag sized free samples. They could have sent a Text, email or, God Forbid, called me to advise that there was no need to stay at home! NOT ECO FRIENDLY or GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!. When I eventually spoke to someone, he said he had received many such calls and could not give any indication of when the actual Advent Calendar would arrive.
