I had a very disappointing experience today at Subway on Epsom High Street. The young lady serving me initially seemed helpful, but after handling multiple surfaces while searching for sauce, she went to apply it to my sandwich without changing her gloves. I politely and softly asked her to change them for hygiene reasons, but her attitude completely changed. She became rude, rushed my order, didn?t even provide me with a takeaway bag, and started complaining about me to her colleagues right in front of me.
Thankfully, another male staff member kindly gave me a bag, but the damage was already done. I left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and very concerned about hygiene in this store. I won?t be returning.

Ordered on Uber eats both 6inch subs. Were delivered RAW not even toasted as usual.
Was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted. All had to go in the bin. Will never order again !!!!

I've been to a few Subway's in my time, and they can be quite hit or miss depending on the staff that work there. The guys in Epsom however have always greeted us with a smile, and have gone out of their way to make orders that were removed from the menu many years ago. The quality of the subs is always great, the shop itself is pretty small though so there's very little seating available.

Me my sister and my blind uncle all went in and had a amazing meal it was well packed and a reasonable price, they were very kind and helpful towards my blind uncle and was an overall enjoyable experience

Very disappointed with the customer service. What I ordered, was not what I received and on top of that over charged! When I queried the order the price I was told it's ok, it's the same thing. The staff were awful and the service was even worse. I ordered 2 vegetarian footlong subs, and the staff did not even change their gloves from the customer before who had a meat sub! When asked if they can change their gloves they just said they did but I was watching them and they did definitely not change their gloves! Truly disgusting and unethical. I left extremely annoyed and disappointed. Will not be returning there any time soon!
Vegetarian options: Staff did not even change their gloves in-between customers!
