I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from the Epsom branch and when I went to pick them up one pair which was supposed to be sunglasses which turned out to be normal standard spec glasses. I explained as I did from the onset I need these as i was going on holiday shortly. Hence
I requested can somebody call myself regarding this issue that same day to let myself what was going to happen which I never received a call and 3 days later I calledas no one had called myself. . I spoke to the manager of the store which I explained I needed these for a forth coming holiday and did not need them to wear in England as look at our weather. To my answer was . Ah that's so funny. How disgraceful. Not once did I get an apology or once say please let me see what I can do. Absalutely nothing. I would not mind but I have used Epsom previously but never received this kind of service. All I got was I suppose you want a refund . Again how rude. All I wanted was the glasses to ho on holiday with

The optician was very kind and patient. She asked detailed questions about my history, including glaucoma and other factors, and I felt she was really making sure nothing important was overlooked. I appreciated the thoroughness and care she showed.

From start to finish I had a very good experience with Nicola the Assistant manager with helping me to chose my glasses and the fitting/collection, she was very clear in explaining everything and she gave me her honest opinion when I chose the glasses. Nicola and the other members of staff that I dealt with at Specsavers Epsom were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I can thoroughly recommend this Opticians so have given 5 stars for their great service.

Sadly, I was spoken to like I was stupid when I made a telephone enquiry about my daughter's receipt. I would have expected to be met with a friendly response, with an 'only too happy to help' approach. Instead I was made to feel that I was the rude one for asking for clarification on something. This is my second incredibly poor experience with Specsavers. Taking my custom, and my family's elsewhere.

I have had a terrible experience with specsavers over the last few months in banstead. First of all they got two pairs of glasses with totally different perscriptions wrong! They eventually put the right with a lot of stress and bad eye strain and headaches and said I could have a free trial of contact lenses and months worrh and then they still after a month haven't got back to me or given me the lenses! I am put of specsavers and find there glasses also not very nice and they haven't contacted me manu times when they said they would or stuck by there word.

Had to exchange my first pair of varifocals as I had a problem with the frames not fitiing correcly. Picked out new frames and waited for my new glasses to be ready. Got a call to say they were ready when I got there there was only one case for 2 pairs which I knew wasnt right so I queried it and was told that one pair was refit they eventually admitted that one pair was not new. They sorted out the frames and lenses I was given a case for another designer brand.
