When my iPhone 13 started to overheat and then not switch on I made an appointment to have it looked it. As only 5 months old it was still under warranty. Matt and Georgia were excellent. They listened and then explained everything they needed to do in order to fix the issue. They were patient, extremely knowledgeable and all round excellent. Their customer service was exceptional and I would highly recommend this store to everyone. Thank you!!

No help, didn't know costings and wanted to charge up to £229 in repairs when I had warranty. They weren't even clear what they were going to charge and refused to write it down so I had an idea when comparing with the website. It clearly states on apple site that it comes under warranty! On top they told me I had to replace the whole keyboard when I wanted to fix back one key that works regardless (it was just loose). Absolutely shocking service.

Pre booked a repair on their website only to be told 'the technician doesn't work weekends' on arrival to appointment. Was charged a non refundable £49 just to send it off then the quote came back about £150 more expensive than sending to Apple themselves! Absolute rip off and terrible customer service. Use a proper Apple store rather than select!

Made an appointment with Apple services to recover my photos that hadn?t shown up in photos file on my new phone. The apple shop were great they arrived for my appointment on time and had a good listening skills, Georgia helped me and she was very professionally and made my day getting all my photos back for me. Would highly recommend their services, and the staff were all friendly and helpful especially Georgia with all my questions, she was patient, kind and very knowledgeable.

I went into the Epsom branch this morning in quite a panic as my dog had bitten my iPhone rendering it unusable. Matt and Emma were really helpful in transferring my data to a new phone (which wasn't easy due to the damaged phone) - I would certainly recommend Stormfront - really friendly knowledgeable staff!

Staff are nice & courteous but they are not an Apple store but just an authorised reseller. Apple.com books genius bar appointments here for local customers as if this is a local Apple store which is not the case.

The service was great, I was served by one of the workers (I think their name was Sam) who was very kind and incredibly helpful, all the staff seemed lovely and happy to help even when it got quite busy and tried as best as they could to fix any problem put in front of them, I share many people?s frustrations as Apple devices/technology as a whole doesn?t work the way we want it to but at least we have people like stormfront to try their hardest to sort it out!

Quoting from the email they send you for a service appointment ?Your appointment slot is for 20 minutes.?Literally arrived 10 minutes earlier to my appointment, got the hold of one of the customer advisor that I had an appointment ten minutes after and she told me to wait for someone to take care of my case. Had to wonder around the store for more than 40 minutes before being served with 30 minutes delay from the time of the appointment.The guy seemed overwhelmed because they were too busy and only 3 of them in the shop floor, I think more than overwhelmed, they were incapable of keeping hold of a shop floor. He didn?t care at all about the issue I had and dealt with me by saying that they couldn?t cover the thing without explaining any reasons.Awful experience
