I like all the staff in Epsom Screwfix either morning or evening shifts. Most of the staff have general knowledge about the products, they always kind and helped me to choose which things has better value and explaining the purpose of some products from heavy tools to tiny screws. Super helpful and saves time to return unwanted things. Many thanks for all the help and kindness!!!

I was served by Abi today. I went in with less than half a clue on what I needed, Abi was patient with me and ended up getting quite a few items for me to consider. Ended up buying what I believe is the right part. Happy with customer service

I booked my stuff out on line received a text claiming my stuff was ready to collect stood at the collection point waiting. Staff ignored me until I confronted them instead of an apology one of the counter staff claim it was my fault that no one behind the counter asked if I needed any help or any service even though I moved out the way of one of them who walked pass me on returning back to the counter then ignored me.\\nSuch terrible service and a typical rude staff\\nThe manager was serving he said nothing the only one who had a decent attitude was the lady that works there, I will never go to that store again as they are C##ts.

Very rude lady duty manager who was very discriminating, loud and continuously embarrassing us infront of other customers to make her point. Even refused to not let us make a purchase without any valid reason. Was screaming across and making comments to us even when the other duty manager was checking us out. Very unprofessional.
