O2 Wifi signal is too weak for a mobile to scan the barcode by using smartshop.
And also, the mobile signals not good enough to use while scan the products by using smartshop,

Always well stocked send. finally started to have more tills open. Tills with humans not self serving checkouts. Free car park for 1h is a bonus.

Very bad customer service experience!
I asked 4 people where I could find bread crumbs in a packet and was sent in different directions
Thought customer service would be more helpful but again sent to a different isle without any guidance and the women at the desk being damn rude!!

I have just spoken to a very distraught woman who was threatened by the customer service manager!!! She did nothing wrong but was upset by the fact that she was assaulted by children throwing eggs at her, they were allowed to get away with it AND stolen goods, the CS manager wanted to call the police because she was being loud and disruptive.
I think the CS manager needs to be taught how to deal with upset customers. Very disappointed Sainsburys Kiln lane. Shame on you!!

I have just been assaulted in the kiln lane store by children that have been causing trouble for a while. When I spoke to the customer service manager all he was concerned about was I was shouting, not taking into account that I had egg thrown at me and being mentally and physically distressed . Your security let them just leave with stolen goods but I was threatened with police. Obviously it?s easier to intimidate a middle aged woman and be scared of children. Stay away
