Najma was wonderful, she was nice and helpful. However the managers attitude towards customers and employees was very off putting and rude. Made me question the job titles. 5 stars only goes to Najma???

Disappointing Customer Service ? June 4, 2025
My wife visited the store this morning around 9:30 AM to print a few pages of our kids' homework, and unfortunately, the experience was quite upsetting. The staff member at the front desk suddenly began shouting without any clear reason, leaving her shocked and deeply uncomfortable.
She paid £6 for just 8 black-and-white pages, and when she politely asked where to find folders, the staff member simply shooed her away instead of offering any assistance. While she doesn?t recall the exact words (she moved to UK just 3 weeks before so still picking the accent), the aggressive tone and dismissive behaviour made the entire visit unpleasant and distressing.
This is certainly not the level of service we expected. No wonder offline shops are struggling?basic courtesy and respect should never be too much to ask.

Needed to get some last minute printing done quickly and Joanna and Elizabeth were happy to help. They helped me out with getting some tricky printing dimensions done very quickly and were kind and understanding. Was very happy with Epsom Ryman's customer service!

I visited Ryman Epsom yesterday with a task ? 70 small 80 years ago old wartime photos to be enlarged and photocopied.. I cannot thank Joanna enough, she worked for over an hour and for a very reasonable price ..

Not happy with the way I was treated just for wanting to get something printed out double sided. I got blamed for not telling the worker there that I wanted something printed out double sided. When that?s supposed to be their job asking how I wanted it printed out. I will never come here again to get anything done.

I visited this store with a strange request and the staff were amazing in dealing with the query. They gave me solutions and new ideas as well.
Especially Elizabeth, she is a top banana and went above and beyond the level of service you would normally receive in a store like this. A credit to the brand and store.

Review for Najma at Ryman Epsom
I recently visited Ryman in Epsom for the second time, specifically because of the incredible help I received from Najma during my first visit. She assisted me step-by-step with completing a DHL letter, guiding me meticulously through every part of the process. Her attention to detail was perfect, and I truly felt taken care of from start to finish.
Najma?s warmth and kindness set her apart. Despite having other stores closer to me that offer DHL services, I chose to return to Ryman Epsom because I knew Najma would provide the support and attention to detail I needed. Her energy is simply wonderful, and she even reminded me to use my points card, which she helped set up in my iWallet during my first visit.
Thank you, Najma, for your outstanding service and professionalism. You are a true asset to Ryman, and because of you, Ryman Epsom is now my go-to store. You?re amazing?thank you for making each visit so seamless and enjoyable!

£2.85 for printing a single sheet of A4 black & white paper?! How do you even justify that? It's too bad it was already printed, but honestly this is an outrage. Never using Ryman again.

I had brilliant service from Najima at Epsom Rymans. I needed certificates printing for an awards ceremony and she was so helpful, really going the extra mile to help me download the right file format, get the right paper quality, testing to see if I was happy and then quickly correcting a printer error. She was so customer first in her attitude helping me and other customers in the shop.
The next day I had to return to print one more certificate and I don?t know the assistant?s name who helped me, a young lady, who again was super helpful and nothing was too
much trouble
