Great facilities, very well equipped gym and always greeted with a friendly smile from staff members, thoroughly recommended.

Sauna is often not clean and has a broken wooden seating which has not been fixed for a while, the Jacuzzi is out of action and has no signs of getting fixed. The last 3 times i have been here were a nightmare for my 11 month old. The amount of 6-10 year olds jumping around in the BABY area is so dangerous as i had to protect my son many times from being knocked out the way so he couldnt play freely at all. Will never return here again as their really isnt a safe baby area for... read full comment
Our 165 station gym is designed to suit each stage of your fitness journey and our Personal Trainers can provide a more tailored way to work out. There are over 50 fitness classes per week and for those aged over 55; a dedicated Club area with low intensity machines and specialised sessions. For kids aged under 10 we have a brand new Play Park featuring slides, sports pitch and dedicated under 3's area. The six lane 25m swimming pool suits both fitness and recreational swimmers, and our 25m teaching pool offers fun for all the family including lessons through our Better Swim School, from babies to adults and private one-to-one lessons too. In addition we plan birthday parties, provide kids' holiday playscheme, on site creche.
