I had a very pleasant experience at Wolseley in Epsom, especially services provided by Louise. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of her services I will visit the store again. I would definitely recommend anyone who is renovating their bathroom to visit the Branch.

I really enjoyed visiting the Epsom showroom and was really impressed with the great customer service provided by Louise. She was friendly, incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. It can be quite overwhelming to choose the right products/ materials for our dream bathrooms as there are so many options but Louise understood exactly what we were looking for, gave her input and made the decision process much easier.
I definitely recommend WolseleyEpsom showroom based on my positive experience.

What has happened to the Trade Counter since Tracey left? She seems to have been replaced by a bloke with a hat and ponytail that laughs loudly at everything and insists on calling everyone "bud". Won't be going there for help or advice anytime soon.

Rarely get a delivery within the window it's contracted to arrive. A couple of the Wolesley drivers are lovely but a few aren't. Never had an issue with what the order contains though. Just a shame they're let down by poor delivery service.

Awful company, one of their drivers rolled back into my car last May and admitted liability even phoned his boss. And now they are saying to my insurance company 10 months later that they know nothing of the accident. The driver also asked me at the time not to contact police. Wish I would have done now.

I had a minor and domestic radiator valve problem and had already visited another nearby plummers merchant who had sent me away with a 'computer says no' response. The gentleman that served me at Wolseley Plumb & Parts was so different. He was incredibly helpful taking time to make sure I got what was needed. It was service at a level that you don't often receive these days. Thank you. Highly recommended.
