Easy to find what you are looking for. I'm updating this because I went in to look at a item and came home with a hamster ? staff amused by the fact I bought a small pet carrier to bring it home in instead if a box. Went back a couple of days later. Disappointed to see that the area my hamster was in hadn't been cleaned. No excuse. Healthy hamster though.

Let down by the parking warden who was more of a hindrance than a help. He was complaining that there were too many customers. SO sorry for wanting to buy more dog food!

Good customer service, got a few bags of treats and a toy for Myla, the car park entrance is very narrow so beware of outgoing traffic when turning in.

Friendly staff and always have everything I need for my dogs. Just the parking behind the building it?s a bit weird, as it?s a tiny car entrance, but at least they have parking which is a bonus in Epsom ?
