I am so grateful to Pearl Chemists - they regularly took the time to source and order me a lactose-free brand of my cancer medication, which a larger chain could not do. This made a huge difference to my quality of life. They are always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I have also taken my young daughter there when I have had any minor health concerns or questions. Thank you to the staff for their care!

have gotten my prescription wrong a few times gave me different type of birth control that i was on they said they all do the same thing so just take it , my doctors have told me and other people to not get your prescription sent here anymore as they always mess up and have problems2 member of staff are rude in there like they have some attitude for some reasonwill be changing where i go from now on mucked up to many times and it?s not good to mix up wat birth control you take as they all do different things so they need to be more educated as well

I visited pearl chemist on Monday evening, I had a unexpected overnight stay in Epsom and had not brought my medication with me, after a call to 111 I came here was greeted with a smile from a polite chap called Michael. Had my medication within 5 minutes. Absolute hero. Thank you
