Don?t come here if you value having any eyebrows left after threading! Staff don?t care at all, and also don?t bother with any sort of tidy up of the brows after. Waste of £9

This place is disgusting. They have no time for hygiene practice. They don't sanitise or even change gloves between clients. The pair of blue gloves the woman was wearing were visibly dirty. Avoid avoid avoid.

I will never return here & wish I never came here in the first place.Had an eyebrow wax yesterday and the wax was clearly way too hot, they?ve burnt my skin. It?s all red and sore just before Christmas & my birthday.I don?t live locally but am in Epsom visiting family so usually go elsewhere.Avoid this place because they clearly have no idea what they are doing.

Efficient if you want a quick rushed service. My first visit here and probably my last (unless perhaps if I'm in a rush) - arm and underarm waxing done in eight minutes! And for a booked appointment as I tried to walk in yesterday but was advised best to book. The treatment works out as £5 per minute - so I wouldn't advise attending here if you're wanting to treat yourself to a beauty treatment but rather just want to get the job done. Beauticians here seem pleasant enough though

Very disappointed. Was there today and asked for eyelash and eyebrow tint. Went for blue-black on lashes. Hadn't had that colour before, but was told to try as previous colours didn't show up. A few minutes into treatment, my right eye became painful and then felt like it was burning on the inside. I called the lady over who used water to ease the pain. She removed all the tint from the eyelashes. She then charged me £20. I asked what that was for. She said for the eyebrows and eyelashes. I told her I thought that was really unfair. Wish I'd put my foot down a bit more! Told my daughter who goes there regularly. She was surprised as she's been there before, so I don't think either of us will go back. Shame it's gone downhill. Rip off!

I got my eyebrows threaded here and it was the worst experience of my life. Firstly, I have very thick eyebrows that get threaded every month and so I ask the woman just to clean up the sides but to leave them thick.After the most painful threading experience ever, which left my eyebrows with marks, I realized that she had taken off the majority of my eyebrows. When I expressed how upset I was, she proceeded to tell me that I can just pencil them in and still asked me to pay.Absolutely horrendous service and the workers do not care about how you look after. When I complained to management they just said whatever and offered a refund but my eyebrows are basically gone at this point.I?ve been coming here for the past year and had minor issues but I will never come back again.Service: Eyebrow beautification

I had the worst experience of times. Today I went to get my brows done and my little 3 yr old daughter was sitting and having her lunch minding her own business and the lady doing my brows had problem with my babies lunch. Bcz she don't eat that but my daughter was eating non-veg nuggets and simply asked me not to come next time with non-veg. I mean doing that to a little child who don't even understand that some people eat and some not. I mean what kind of racism is this. This made me so so furious but still I left respectfully bcz that made me diff from her. But I am just so so disappointed by this racism attack towards a three year old. Shame on the brand who hire such people to represent their brand.Service: Hair threading
