Awful experience at Pandora Epsom today - I’d gone in to collect a gift voucher for my granddaughter but unfortunately the lady that served me was totally clueless as to how to administer it to me! I was in a rush and she told me to go next door to WH Smith which I did with success - the lady in Pandora very sarcastically...

I walked in and I was the only shopper and the sales assistants did not acknowledge me, just carried on chatting amongst themselves. I walked out, unimpressed.
