Great cinema with friendly helpful staff. Went to watch Dune 2 recently and the screen room was nice and clean.Seats are fantastic and comfortable.

had problems again booking on line so had to chance it and just arrived mentioned to manager and he confirmed i was not the only one to bring it to his attention and just said well sorrymade a complaint direct to odeon and they said there were no issues although clearly there was or manager would not have confirmed it some kind of refund or something should of been offered at least might travel to sutton in future for better service

As my local cinema I could not ask for more. With comfortable spacious recliner seats and friendly and helpful staff making the experience even more pleasurable. The foyer, screens and facilities are always very clean. As a limitless member it is worth every penny and I very much look forward to every visit.

Great cinema! Super comfy seats, polite staff and good food selection. Only issue is when going to watch a movie in the summer it is incredibly hot!

Clean and comfy - recliner chairs are heaven.Polite staff.Great screen abd sound (much prefer it over Kingston Odeon any day).Will take a throw with me next time as aircon was a bit too cool for the 4 of us and we were all wearing jumpers and jeans. But still very enjoyable experienceKeep it up Epsom...you are doing great!

Great cinema experience... Odeon Epsom is a Luxe only cinema meaning all cinemas in the complex have large recliner seats... Which are super comfy and wide. What a great way to watch the big screen. Another great thing is that they actually have air conditioning to keep the cinema cool unlike most other cinemas which seem to have nothing. The cinema complex is very clean. Parking is available nearby in an open car park about a 5 minute walk to the cinema. Tickets are on the pricey side but you do get the trade up of the comfort and reduced audience numbers... So it has that exclusive feel.
