2 months on and the issue is still not resolved!!! 6 phonecalls to O2 and 3 visits to Epsom O2 - still no better off due to Jorge Luis Velasco not doing his job properly!
Absolutely useless, pointless and rude. I went into O2 with my son to ask a question about how to set up a new account for him now that he was 18. I was greated by a very rude patronising man who told me he couldn't help me and to call O2 on 202 (even though I was in the store). My husband went in a couple of weeks later and managed to get a new phone for my son however after the purchase (as that's all they are clearly interested in) they were very unhelpful and unable (apparently) to move his old number over to his new phone - once again they were told to call 202. We called 202 and I spent about an hour on the phone attempting to get the number moved over. A week later and my son is still walking around with 2 phones and by the looks of it we are paying 2 contracts so we go back into o2 Epsom on Sunday to be met but the same unhelpful patronising salesman who was as rude and unhelpful as last time and told me once again he couldn't do anything and that we had to call 202. If clearly they can't do anything why are they there????

Very very very helpful! Went in for an upgrade and everyone was super friendly. It was a very easy process and everyone had their specialties in making it an efficient process. I Went for the Samaung S24 ultra in the end and had some good banta as I asked for the s25 which obviously does not exist yet!

Extremely rude and racist staff.Had someone called Kia(the name she told us) help with sorting out mobile number porting. Was not willing to help. Kept asking her colleagues when their shift ended and wanted some else to help us. Finally frustrated she started but was completely rude throughout the process.Finally said , it couldn?t be done even though we had all the needed info at our end.So time, energy and resources wasted!
