Extremely rude and racist staff.Had someone called Kia(the name she told us) help with sorting out mobile number porting. Was not willing to help. Kept asking her colleagues when their shift ended and wanted some else to help us. Finally frustrated she started but was completely rude throughout the process.Finally said , it couldn?t be done even though we had all the needed info at our end.So time, energy and resources wasted!

Have been trying to call them the past 2 days. A total of about 15 times. And not once did they bother to answer the phone. At first I assumed they were busy but I also tried as soon as they opened, before they closed, and quieter points of the day.Im stunned that a phone company can't use a phone... oh the irony

Absolute disgrace. Rubbish face to face. Literally handed me the phone to sort myself. Staff were rude and patronising. 02 are the worst ever. Do not go to Epsom

I tried in vain to cancel my unwanted and unused PAYG O2 sim card over the phone with customer services . I couldn?t get to talk to a supervisor because I failed security , this was because I had never set it up! The SIM card came as a requirement with my Virgin broadband package and was never used at all. The robotic unhelpful customer service staff wouldn?t assist me at all so I went into the Epsom O2 store fully expecting a hard time and the same unhelpful response.Surprisingly, Daniel , the customer service representative was very understanding and super efficient and friendly and worked a way around the problem . He called me a few minutes after I had left the store to assure me that my unwanted sim would be cancelled as I requested. If you have any issues with O2 I can recommend Daniel to assist you!

Went to buy a new Samsung phone. Seemingly nearly impossible to buy a phone if you already have an O2 PAYG. Two staff ended up arguing as to what could and could not be done and whether I'd need a new number and could keep my existing credit. The one that was wrong was rude and bellicose, and when I told him he was wrong I got a sarcastic "I'm human" back. I told him he was rude and he answered "not to everyone". He also muttered a word under his breath, which I told him I heard. He answered "I said a word in my language, do you know what my language is bruv" he asked me to repeat but I refused to repeat what he said as there was a lady customer behind me. Customer service and training at its absolute worst. The guy serving me did his best to get me sorted with the help of the manager and was polite, but didn't complete the phone data transfer correctly and I had to spend nearly 2 hours sorting the phone out once home. Won't buy off O2 again. Dreadful shop - avoid

Staff were dull and inattentive. I asked plenty of questions, with most of the answers being "look online." I went in store for more help than the website could give me. Waste of time, really.

I visited the O2 store in Epsom on Tuesday. I was served by a lovely man called Sayf. I felt very safe as nothing was too much trouble and he set my new phone up for me without any fuss whatsoever, and gave me some good tips too. He is a great ambassador for the brand and for the store. Thank you so much Sayf.
