This is the the nicest nail bars I have ever been too. Run by a couple, they are so lovely and friendly. Such kind and friendly people. Great choice of colours and the place is CLEAN, unlike some others in Epsom.
Cleanliness: After cringing about several of the nail salons in Epsom, this place was spotless. Everywhere is so clean.

By far the best nail salon I've ever been to - always do a great job (manicures and pedicures). Friendly, easy to book an appointment and very pretty inside. They also don't over do it with the filing and always keep the nails healthy and thick! I'd highly recommend :)

I?ve been visiting the Pamper Lounge for the last year and couldn?t recommend highly enough. Such a lovely team that always take real care in what they do. I always leave feeling pampered and well looked after! Thanks for everything ??

What lovely staff and excellent care. There was a proper spa footbath and massage chair for my pedicure. I had a break from chemotherapy that gave me sore, peeling feet - I had full trust in the lady who had knowledge of beauty treatments for cancer patients. My feet looked beautiful by the end and the experience was relaxing - thank you! :-)

I am a guitarist and guitar teacher who plays both acoustic and classical guitar. To be able to achieve a beautiful tone on my instrument I need to have longer finger nails on my right hand. The natural nails break on steel string guitars so I come to Vanessa every three weeks to apply the acrylic nails. Vanessa has experience in helping guitar players and I have my full confidence in her. I highly recommend her to classical and acoustic guitar players. Especially men who might feel a bit embarrassed about getting their nails done.

My usual placed closed and after a search online I decided to give here a go! I am pleased I did. Great atmosphere and very welcoming. My nails are fab! Definitely be returning. ;)

My go to nail salon in Epsom for a while now! Lovely atmosphere, very personal and not too crowded. They are very attentive and listen carefully to what treatment you want done, always leave the salon with a fresh set of nails! Haven?t had any bad experiences regarding any nail complications, anything that may need fixing e.g chipped nail, they always do complimentary of charge.. just need to give them a call and they always manage to squeeze me in.

Update 15.02.24: sadly the lounge has not responded to my very valid complaint. I am therefore lowering my rating of them to one star and won't be changing from the salon that I currently use. Had they been able to offer my friend on her special occasion to get another set of nails I would not be reducing this from 5. But there was obviously something fundamentally wrong with how they applied my friend's chrome nails. ?Unfortunately my friend whose 50th it was said 2 of her chrome nails sort of slid off yesterday. She is really disappointed but doesn't like complaining, so I'm afraid I'm having to amend my review. My nails are perfect but something has gone wrong with hers. Initially when she was having them done I believe a wrong coat was put on, then removed and replaced with the right one, maybe this had an effect on how they stuck to her nails. She was hoping to have them for her actual birthday night out next Saturday. Are you able to offer her a replacement set of gel nails please? Thanks. I attach photos.I haven't used No 5 Pamper Lounge before but was out with my friend to start celebrating her 50th and we thought nails would be a good start. I had SNS nails with tips and I couldn't find exactly the right colour I wanted so the lady mixed up a few powders to end up with what I was after. She rounded my nails exactly as I wanted them and she spent a long time thinning the nails at the tips and on top so that they weren't clunky and felt really natural. My friend had gel nails and asked for a copper chrome colour. It looked amazing and she was delighted. I may start taking a trip over to No 5 Pamper Lounge rather than using my own nail boutique as they were more reasonably priced and I felt the service was much more personal. The lady sat and chatted to me and my friend whereas I have been to a few salons and the technician has almost been silent. We both highly recommend them.

I?m so sad to be leaving this review as the customer service was great but when I usually pay £35 for a full set with design and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I thought I would try here out out of convenience and the great reviews but it seems they are under new management and sadly the nails I paid £50 for were far shorter than I asked, the designs are wonky and uneven which is the standard of someone practicing so I do not expect to be paying these prices and now after 10 days a nail has come off! From a fresh set. Feel like I?ve threw £50 down the drain to say the least :(

By far the best shellac and best manicure I have ever had! The polish was thin, durable and elegant, which is often not the case in other salons where they do thick and blobby shellac nails.. I will definitely go back for more treatments. The staff was also very friendly and nice :) Highly recommendedServices: Nail painting
