Mens wear is a bit lacking but generally quite a handy store.

I sat on a live chat for 1 hour and 18 mins trying to close my account this morning.
I had 3 advisors leave the chat and never return. The customer service is poor and they don?t give a dam about you. I won?t ever shop at next again and the customer team needs major training. Don?t open a credit account with next it takes hours to get it closed.

A really long story short my new baby nieces Xmas dress couldn?t be delivered twice, it ended up going to the Epsom branch in error a few days before Xmas. Brian and his amazing staff went out of their way to get it to me in time for Xmas. Knowing they must have been so busy but still made it happen when they didn?t have to was so kind of them. I know it took a lot of their time and effort so thank you so much, next are very lucky to have you as their staff. Happy Xmas and I will be coming in to say thank you when I can xxx
