Worst bank I have ever experienced!! No staff, never have change! Long wait times no guidance or help for older individuals!! Just a disaster whoever the manager is here needs to sort it out as it is a disgrace! This is speaking from witnessing this on every single occasion and I have to go to this bank twice to three times a week!! Zero customer service but not really the staffs fault just really bad management of the entire branch it is a busy location so sort it out! Maybe run down the road to metro if you need some training!!

Often dont open on time. When you do get in, the wait time is very long due to a lack of staff, who understandably seem quite stressed out as do the customers. Not a pleasant experience.

Ridiculous how they do not open Saturdays! What do they expect people who work full time to do? In the week their opening hours are 9.30/10am to 4.30pm. Is everyone who works for NatWest on a part time contract?

Stood in queue for 20 mins to only find that you need a special queue for transfer of money a sign would really help as I am not a bloody mind reader,very scruffy man with white trainers on looks really unprofessional needs to learn how to talk ti customer

Ridiculous opening times. Practical for the retired and unemployed only. God forbid you need to visit the bank without taking a whole day off.

I've been in this branch for 15 minutes and not seen a single member of staff yet. Even in the back, the meeting rooms, the desks, nowhere! Typical the one time i need to talk to a human and there are literally zero in here

Opens at 9.30, arrived at 9.50, told to come back in 15 mins. Came back 10.15, told will have to wait or come back in 15 mins again, back at half past, been sitting here 15 mins again and not sure when I'm getting served. Had to extend parking in car park just to sit in a NatWest on my day off

I came into the branch today (NWB Epsom)wanting to transfer my bank account to Nat West I was met by Christopher Waller who I had an appointment with, from the start he tried to put me off taking out a bank account with Nat West even although I had all the credentials that were asked of me (I earn quite a good salary) ,he advised me to stay with my bank without even asking me a question, I found this quite astonishing !!! that my custom wasn't wanted .I talked about an ISA I had, he said nah stay with your own bank. I will give an example of what he said to me, I asked about the £150. transfer fee that NWB boasted, he said nah you wont get that till February do you want to wait that long then you get it not all at once I wouldn't. It seemed to be that he didn't want the bother of transferring my account, shame on you NWB total of time I spent in his office 7 minutes. I would never recommend you to anyone.

Lovely new shiny bank, all open plan and DIY service and smiley air hostess staff. Trouble is none of it works. Tried to pay in a cheque. First machine doesn't work, nor the second. Ask smiley staff member, but he can't do cheques - not sure what he can do, to be honest. Wait in line while someone who can stands chatting with a regular customer about what she's having for dinner tonight (steak apparently, he's going for a curry.) Wait while they chat and chat and chat. Give up and leave. Cheque still in my pocket
