Appalling customer service. As many others have said, the middle aged blonde woman has a horrible, condescending attitude, with no regard for customers. Rather than helping, she seems to take pleasure in causing distress to customers. I doubt that sending her on a customer service course would help. No decent person would behave they way she does. Her behaviour reflects badly on Nationwide and is in stark contrast to the staff at other local branches, such as Worcester Park and New Malden, where they are caring, helpful and thoroughly professional.

This was terrible. Absolutely horrendous. The middle age blonde lady and sofie I believe they haven't completed their customer service level. It was horrible customer service and you can see by all of the other reviews that this service is terrible. They made us really upset so upset that they made us closedown our account. Never use this bank ever in your life. They don't know how to talk properly even nursery children can talk better.

Called nNationwide, was told to go to a local branch with ID which I did, this was no help at all and i was faced with a stroppy manager who was rude and unhelpful! Dissapointing!
