I always like to go to Nando's but Nando's in Epsom disappointed me, the food wasn't good for Nando's standard.

The chicken was under cooked. The staff was nice and service was quick, I didn't notice the issue with the chicken till after the staff checked up on our order/ table. The only issue I had was the chicken undercooked, didn't taste like usual tonight

food is shocking. epsom nando?s has gone so down hill. Food arrived barely warm and extremely soggy. go elsewhere !!!!!! someone literally found a snail in their chicken wrap 3 weeks ago.

What a total farce, lots a staff having a good chat,shame no one thought to wash up before serving us food, no knives to use and told they'll probably bring washed, but no effort to actually bring us some, We then asked 3 further separate people and still no knives whilst our food went cold, eventually we saw them bring out clean"ish" cutlery still dripping wet, not that that mattered the rice was dry the "whole chicken" ordered was 4 tiny sparrow legs, what an awful experience, the All-in Platter was barely suitable for 2 , and why when we ordered double chips did one portion come on the same plate as the chicken and one in a separate bowl with about a 3rd of the chips as on the plate. Plenty of other places to eat in epsom, Even KFC would have been better. Do yourself a favour and just say no go elsewhere

I went at this location with family, 5 people . I called the restaurant previously to make sure they have seats. At the entrance, the cleaner welcomed us ,and we see 2 empty tables and we were about to seat and the cleaner kicks us out the restaurant saying that there are people waiting outside . I said sorry and I mentioned that I have called to check . He kicked us all outside with 1 year old baby in the cold and wind . We just went elsewhere. Location ran by the cleaners ,dont recommend.

There was a snail in my chicken wrap, they said the lettuce and salad comes in restaurant pre washed so they do not quality check before serving/cooking food. I'm truly disgusted by this incident, I felt violently ill by seeing a snail in my food. The manager didn't seem too concerned and tried to convince me that the salad is washed well enough from pre washed at farm.

I recently ordered a chicken burger from Nando?s, which was advertised as having two chicken breasts. However, I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The pieces of chicken were incredibly small, and for the price I paid, it was definitely not worth it. I finished my meal in just a few bites and felt it was poor value for money. Unfortunately, this experience has left me quite dissatisfied with Nando?s.
