Unit 25“I tried in vain to cancel my unwanted and unused PAYG O2 sim card over the phone with customer services . I couldn’t get to talk to a supervisor because I failed security , this was because I had never set it up! The SIM card came as a requirement with my Virgin broadband package and was never used at all. The robotic unhelpful customer service staff wouldn’t assist me at all so I went into the Epsom O2 store fully expecting a hard time and the same unhelpful response.Surprisingly, Daniel , the customer service representative was very understanding and super efficient and friendly and worked a way around the problem . He called me a few minutes after I had left the store to assure me that my unwanted sim would be cancelled as I requested. If you have any issues with O2 I can recommend Daniel to assist you!”
