Metro bank have rapidly gone downhill since I opened my account their interest rates are the worst they have taken away the coin machine not to mention the great touch if you lost your card you could go into the branch and get a new one issued straight away that?s no longer also they now charge you to use the card abroad so that?s another thing gone and worst of all the opening hours which used to be the best have also disappeared so all in all a real crap bank of which I will be leaving

Always a good service with convenient opening hours. Also the immediate printing of your bank card is the best service available over other banks.

Very bad customer service experience, unhelpful and rude, unfortunately the manager Store don't know the relationship with customer. And your job is given information about any thing about account and bank service..

By far the worst bank in the world . Do not ever use this bank . Terrible service terrible everything . More interested in polishing the floor . I?ve never done a bad review ever so this is not something I do unless it was really necessary.

Slow service, literally standing in the bank right now and the phone has been ringing for 15mins non stop and not one of the 5 people doing absolutely nothing even glanced in that direction

Personally my experience with this place is amazing I love the fact that with metro if you lose your card you can get another one straight away printed very nice people and incredible company

Bad banks. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. I went to deposit money, and their leaflet clearly states that from October 17th, the daily deposit limit for personal accounts is £5,000. But now it's only August, and that hateful woman has refused my deposit.I found out her name today. - fxxking Lauren. She?s hateful, she?s rude. She's racism?

They won?t let you open the account if you don?t good at English. Even you bring someone will you for translate. Go to Lloyds open and no issue for that. What kind of the bank will reject people open the account if they English not very well.

Lauren is fabulous! ? To my knowledge, she has recently joined, and her service is refreshing!Me, like most! - make a right dogs dinner out of resetting all the passcodes, to gain access to the online banking, but she was patient, down to Earth and made the whole experience fun! and 'fun' is not usually an adjective I would associate with visiting the bank ?Thank you to Lauren and the IT genius ?P.s Lauren don't lose that spark and special touch you have with the public as you work your way up the corporate ladder! It's beautiful ?
