I have very good experiences with the staff in Epsom branch. The team members, Leanne, Tina and Yasmin were helpful. I came in to have my car service and they have not only helped me with what I was coming for ( to send my car for annual service) they helped me to speak to the right person about my suspended service plan. Leanne, in previous day I had encountered she had helped me with my car back windscreen and magically with her touches the windscreen started to work. She also went to an extra length to show me where i could top up the windscreen washer by showing me how to open the bonnet and where to find the place for the top up. Today Tina and Leanne helped me with my google account and updated your system with outlook. Thank you for your staff in helping customer like me....zero knowledge in Technology. They have a wonderful job to serve me. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Worst worst ever experience i ever had in my life. Even a backstreet garage is more professional and trustworthy than them.First issue i had is when i had to order a spare key blade, quoted £36 over the phone and went i went down (same day) they asked to pay £52 and when i confronted them about thr price difference, i got told ?there is nothing i can do about it?.Tried to book my car in for an inspection as I bought brake pads and discs from them and they were warped. The first time round i got told to return the pads and disc and either get a refund or a new pair. I opted in for a replacement pair and got told that the car needs to be inspected and test drive for which they asked me to come the next day. Went in the next day and got told ?thats not how it works, we are busy and you need to book your can in for an inspection which costs £177/hr?. For which i got annoyed as they made me come to the branch for no reason when this could?ve been told to me the first time round or i could?ve booked over the phone. I still decided to book it in and asked for a slot or loaner car service to which the receptionist has said that they cannot offer any of the two booking mode as they don?t offer such service. After booking the car in and been given a 2 week slot, i received an email in which they stated they had 4 booking service including loaner car option or to come down during a particular slot. The day i took the car in, i decided to wait until it gets inspected (4.5hrs) during the wait one colleague came up to me and said ?sir you know that you do need to pay for this inspection? which i found very rude of her like she try belittle me due to my young age and i never even made a fuss about the payment. Once my car was inspected i got told that they only done a visual inspection and haven?t even taken the wheels off to inspect the faulty discs which is what i was told they will do at the time of booking. Everyone in this branch is clueless on what they are doing, everyone comes out with a different statement and they are the most unprofessional people to deal with. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided and i am shocked on how this branch is operating. This will is my first and last time purchasing a mercedes car. NEVER AGAIN!

Used to get all 3 of my Mercs serviced at Epsom but this dealership is a joke. Not the level of service you expect from a Mercedes Benz dealership. I have an active service plan on all my cars which they couldn't find so decided to hold my car and didn't pick up calls or answer emails on when they would return my car. Emailed Senior managers and other members of leadership and even they didn't bother to reply. Worst dealership.

Booked in for gearbox service on 6/12/23, nearly a month in advance as I use my car for work so had to find a day when it wasn?t in use. Arrived at specified time to drop car off and given loan vehicle for the day (which wasn?t there as previous user had taken the key home - no worries, not Mercedes fault) but added inconvenience, they ended sourcing one from somewhere. By End of the day was told that the workshop was ?slow? today and that it would now be tomorrow, as the vehicle hadn?t even been looked at (Was confirmed in email that the job would definitely take no more than 90 mins to complete) I drive an estate and use it for work hence the size of the vehicle. This added considerable amount of stress and a loss of earnings, because the gearbox service was not completed in time, which had an effect on my work, and loan vehicle didn?t have the same space, which my car does, so had to let down a client because I couldn?t get my equipment where I needed it. To top it off, when I arrived to collect my vehicle (the day after) my fitted dashcam was half dismantled/disconnected. Why? No idea. I don?t believe they shouldn?t be doing this. As this is definitely not their property to touch/dismantle or mess with. As this would have 100% nothing to do with a gearbox oil change!This dealer has definitely dropped down my list of trusted garages, and will look elsewhere for work to be completed. Can?t speak for anyone else, but this was my experience.

My recent experience with Mercedes Benz Epsom was a complete calamity. Despite being told to come in for a specific repair, they didn't have the necessary part in stock. Two weeks later, the part still hasn't arrived, and my calls go unanswered. The lack of professionalism and communication is appalling. I would strongly suggest against trusting your vehicle with them!
